I've been a member of the UK's only professional human resources organisation since the 1980's. I'm now a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and for more than 25 years I've worked nationally and internationally as an HR manager/director and consultant. To help me have a better understanding of business I completed my MBA in the late 1980's and I've also trained as a stress manager and business coach.
